Two letters by the holy Admor Rabbi Mordechai of Zvhil on public matters and charity. Jerusalem, 1963-1973.
* The first letter (printed on official stationery and with his holy handwritten signature) deals with public matters and the need to unite under Agudas Yisroel tantamount to "חבר אני לכל אשר יראוך".
* The second letter (handwritten entirely by him) deals with charity matters and a fundraiser in Borough Park.
The Holy Admor Rabbi Mordechai Goldman of Zvhil (1905-1979) was born to his father the Holy miracle-worker Rabbi Gedalya Moshe of Zvhil the successor of the Holy Rav Rabbi Shlomke of Zvhil. The close and favorite grandson of his grandfather Rabbi Shlomke, who even immigrated with him to the Holy Land. Was known to abstain from physical pleasures and as a miracle-worker. Many flowed to him. In his days, the Zvhil Chassidus and its institutions flourished. It is common knowledge that his grandfather the Holy Rav Rabbi Shlomke showered him with his great holiness and endowed him with leadership qualities and Avodas Hashem.
