מלאכים יחפזון וחיל ורעדה יאחזון ! Thoughts on Mussar and pure worldview on Rosh Hashana, handwritten by th epure hand of Maran Posek hador Rabbi Yosef Shalom Elyashiv, two pages on worldview and Aggadah handwritten by him. Ca. 1951-1953.
Two full pages, full of emotion and poignant contrition, handwritten by Maran the Gaon leader of Yisroel Rabbi Yosef Shalom Elyashiv, who wrote as if to himself words to be delivered before his followers of the ‘Tiferest Bachurim’ community.
In the Ma’amarim, Maran Rabbi Elyashiv refers in the name of the Gaon Rabbi Yaakov Kelms Gaon Av Beis Din of Moscow to the Piyyut ‘מלאכים יחפזון וחיל ורעדה יאחזון’ and elucidates on what is Cherdas malachim.
Then he refers to the current situation on the newy founded state, He painfully describes the siuation of yeshiva students who come to camps of immigrants to distribute the Torah and pure education and are beaten and the situation of the state in general.
