‘Mishchas Aharon’. Frankfurt an der Oder, 1746. Single edition. The personal copy of the Holy Rav Rabbi Nachum Ber of Sadigura, with his stamp and an editing handwritten by him on the margins of the Sefer.
Innovations on all the tractates of the Shas (except for Seder Kodashim and Taharos) by Rabbi Aharon Zelig ben Rabbi Yoel Feibush, one of the sages and Geonim of Ostrohe.
The Sefer is stamped with his personal stamp and with the stamp ‘Kinyan Kaspi’ indicating he had bought the Sefer with his own money and had not received it as a gift or inheritance. He used to classify and stamp his Seforim accordingly – Minchas Shai (gift), Yerushas Avos (inheritance), Kinyan Kaspi (bought with my money).
This Sefer contains an additonal old ownership signature ‘Eliezer Lipman of Kovna [?]’ … and an editing in an identical script.
The holy Rav Rabbi Nachum Dober Friedman [1844-1883] the son of the holy Rav Rabbi Sholom Yosef of Ruzhin and the son-in-law of the holy Rav Rabbi Avraham Yaakov of Sadigura, a great Torah and Chassidus Gaon.
