Chidushei HaRav Hameiri on Tractate Beitza, (Nirenberg, [1922]), bound with Sefer "Kol Yehuda" by Rabbi yehuda of Gluga (Hamburg, [1743]). The personal copy of Rabbi Baruch Kunstadt Rosh Yeshivas "Kol Torah" with his handwritten editings.

[1], 79 leaves, 20 cm. Markings of lines of the Sefer and a lengthy handwritten editing.
Detached front binding, damaged spine and some detached leaves. Fair condition.
* Sefer "Kol Yehuda" by Rabbi Yehuda (ben Rabbi Chanina Zelig of Luntshitz) of the great Gluga community, compilation of his innovations and those of his rabbis (Hamburg, [1743]). Incomplete copy.
3-47 leaves, 20 cm. [3] leaves at the beginning of the Sefer and [2] leaves at its end are missing.
Moth damage, stains, gluings, [5] missing leaves, poor-fair condition.
With an owner’s signature: Rabbi "Baruch Kunstadt Jerusalem" and with his handwritten editings.
Rabbi Baruch Kunstadt (1885-1967) Posek, Rosh yeshivas "Kol Torah" and one of its founders. A disciple of the author of the "Sheves Sofer" and his son Rabbi Akiva Sofer. Served as Rav, Dayan and Rosh Yeshiva in Fulda. Was sent to the Buchenwald concentration camp and vowed there that if he survived, he would immigrate to Eretz Yisroel and establish a yeshiva there. After his release, he immigrated to Eretz Yisroel with his family and established, together with Rabbi Yechiel Michl Schlesinger, the "Kol Torah" yeshiva, whose students were of German origin. His responsa was published in the Sefer "Ya’aneh Baruch".
