Three important and basic letters on leadership and pure opinion on governmental support of yeshivas, indicating the clarity of thought and Da’as Torah of the great Gaon Rabbi Chaim Greinman, author of ‘Chidushim VeBeurim’, the father, leader and Rav of thousands and Rav of ‘Chug Chazon Ish’. 1964-1976.
* In the first letter that was written in 1964 – Maran the Gaon Rabbi Chaim Greinman asks to act decisively to save the education of more than fifty boys who are at risk of being placed in non-religious educational institutions and fight to include them in the Independent Education.
* An additional letter from 1968 – most important and basic, his historical opinion on governmental support of the yeshivas ‘Far be it that we agree to any change whatsoever and undoubtedly the government will not force anything upon us against our will and certainly they will concede to continue the existing situation’.
* a letter from Iyar 1976 – intensive activity for the benefit of Charedi birthing mothers from Bnei Berak coming to give birth at the ‘Tel HaShomer’ hospital. Obtaining budgets for them and help with medical assistance.
Maran the Gaon Rabbi Chaim Shaul Greinman [1926-2016] author of ‘Chidushim VeBeurim’ the son of the great Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Greinman and Mrs. Tzviya the sister of Maran the Chazon Ish. His leading and loyal disciple, his successor who led his community in the spirit and Psakim of his great uncle the Chazon Ish. One of Gedolei Hador and greatest Poskim. Thousands followed his orders, enjoyed his wise advice and based their lives on his light.
