Rabbi Yosef Ben David Genassia (1879-1962) a Talmid Chacham, Posek and Dayan in Constantine, Algiers, translator and poet.
A blemish to the binding, gluing and stains on the title page, a tear to the lower part of the first leaf, pp. 3-6 at the end of the Sefer are missing. Fair-good condition.
