Sefer HaTashbetz, by Rabbeinu Shimshon ben Rabbi Tzaddok, one of the disciples of the Maharam of Rotenburg , with Hagahos Rebbeinu Peretz. Second edition "with the addition of Hagaha Meduyekes … with a search for the source of his words"/ [Kapust?], [1816]. 

[4], 35 leaves, 21 cm. On the title page "as printed since then … in Cremona". An incorrect year of printing was Impressed on the binding. With signatures, stamps and ownership notations by the Naggid and Chassid Rabbi Yitzchak Grunzweig and additional signatures. Handwritten editings on the sides of [4] pages. Ownership notation in a foreign language on the back of the title page. 

Renewed binding, some of the letters of the editing were cut by the re-binding, aging stains. Good general condition.
