A form of the Beis Din about accepting the testimony of Mrs. Chana the daughter of R. Zvi Deutsch on the passing of the wife of R. Eliezer Yom Tov Pfiper, who was deported to Auschwitz with her children and during the selection was not sent to work. Pupa, Kislev [1945].
[1] p. 21 cm. manuscript, Hebrew, signed by the three Dayanim the Geonim: Rabbi David Moskowitz of Bonyhad one of the greates rabbis of the Belz Chassidim, Rabbi Yaakov Yitzchak Neiman, Domatz of Pupa and the future Rav of the Belz community in Motreal-Canada, admiringly called ‘Der Pupa Rov’ and the handwritten signature of the Gaon Rabbi Zvi Neistadt of Sombotheli. Printed on the side of the leaf "The woman’s name is unknown".
