A form of the special Beis Din for Agunos headed by the Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Moshe Stern, for documenting a testimony on the passing of a woman during the terrible Holocaust. Debrecen, Sivan [1946].
[2] pp. 30 cm. A printed form filled-in by hand. Yiddish and Hungarian, Signed by the Dayan Rabbi Moshe Stern (author of the Be’er Moshe Shut and Shut on the Shas, passed away in Av 1997) and his Beis Din, with his stamp.
The form contains the testimony of Yechiel Schifmann of Debrecen, on the passing of his wife, Mrs. Bluma Rachel the daughter of R. Yoel Samet, who was deported to Auschwitz with their six children.
Fold marks, good condition.
