A form of the special Beis Din for Agunos headed by Rabbi Sheraga Shmuel Shnitzler, for documenting the passing of a woman during the terrible Holocaust, Bekescsaba, Kislev [1947].
[2] pp. 30 cm. A printed form filled-in by hand. Yiddish and Hungarian.
Signed by the thre Dayanim including Rabbi Sheraga Shmuel Shnitzler Av Beis Din of Bekescsaba (passed away in Tishrei 1980, author of the Sefer "Birchos Shmuel") and his grandson Rabbi Meshlam Zusha Shnitzler (passed away in Nissan 1978) and with the stamp of the Rosh Beis Din.
The form documents the testimony of Mrs. Devora Rosenfeld on the passing of Devorah the daughter of R. Shlomo and Shendel Heimann the wife of Shimon Hacohen Kahn, in Bergen-Belsen on Passover [1945].
Fold marks, good condition.
