The content of the postcard: In his appeal, the Av Beis Din of Bekescsaba writes about a Holocaust survivor of his community who received a Heter from the Beis Din for Takanas Agunos to marry any woman except for his wife’s sister. Now he is asking for a Heter to marry his wife’s sister, since he is already "living with his wife’s sister for several months and he wants to marry her by Chupa and Kiddushin … and it is better that he marry her by a Heter than commit a grieve Issur G-d forbid".
