Letter of support and approbation, with blessings for success, by Maran Sar HaTorah Gaon Av Beis Din of Tshebin the great Gaon Rabbi Dov Berish Weidenfeld.
The letter was sent on the 18th of Sivan 1963, in the last years of Maran Gaon Av Beis Din of Tshebin, handwritten by a disciple and with the handwritten signature of the Gaon.
The great Gaon Posek Hador Rabbi Dov Berish Wiedenfeld [1881-1966] the Rav of Tshebin. ‘Tshebiner Rov’ was a title for great genius, with his wonderous leadership of his generation, his modesty and nobility of his virtues. He was a Chassid of the Holy Rav of Husiatyn and also followed the Tzaddikim of Belz. One of the leaders of Moeztes Gedolei HaTorah and Agudas Yisroel and one of its guides. Immigrated to the Holy Land after being an exile in Bukhara and Siberia. Immigrated to the Holy Land after years of wandering in Bukhara and Siberia and established in Jerusalem the Kochav MiYaakov Yeshiva. Was admired by all religious Jews wherever they be.
