‘The Merit of the Admor the Tzaddik Gaon Author of Chofetz Chaim will Protect Him…’
The grandsons of Maran the Chofetz Chaim Rabbi Eliezer Ze’ev Kaplan and Rabbi Yehoshua Leib Levinson in a touching appeal for the ‘Chofetz Chaim’ Yeshiva in Radin, to the Rav of Melbourne the Gaon Rabbi Yosef Lipman Gurevich, Radin, 1935.
A letter by the beloved grandsons of Maran the Chofetz Chaim, the Geonim Rabbi Eliezer Ze’ev Kaplan and Rabbi Yehoshua Leib Levinson, who founders of the Radin Yeshiva, to the Gaon Rabbi Yosef Lipman Gurevich the Rav of Melbourne, Australia, noting that they have received the Gaon’s generosity by the Gaon Rabbi Chaim Ozer and deeply thank him for it.
‘He truly fed the hungry, hundreds of students of our holy yeshiva great in Torah and Yirah and especially before the holy upcoming festival. May Hashem repay him … and we end with the blessing that the merit of the Admor the Tzaddik Gaon author of Chofetz Chaim will protect him and all those who assist … to be blessed by G-d with life and peace and goodness, blessing and success in all their matters and may their eyes soon see the salvation of Yisroel …’
The letter is hand-signed by them, the Geonim and managers of the yeshiva, the grandsons of the Chofetz Chaim. With the stamp of the yeshiva.
