Rare approbations! Megadim Chadashim on Tractate Avodah Zarah, by a descendant of the holy dynasty of Rabbi Pinchas Menachem Hacohen Singer Av Beis Din of Lentshin. Piotrkow, 1910. Approbations by the greatest Tzaddikim.

The personal copy signed by the holy Gaon Rabbi Moshe Aryeh Freund the Rav of Jerusalem, when he was Dayan in Satmar.

The Sefer is approbated by the holy Rav Rabbi Aharon Mendel of Radzimim the son of the holy Rav the wonder-worker Rabbi Yaakov Aryeh and by his brother-in-law the holy Gaon Rabbi Nechemya Alter the son of the holy Rav Maran the Sefas Emes of Ger, his approbation being one of his rarest approbations.

The Tzaddikim write in the approbation ‘whoever purchases this Sefer Hashem Yisborach will merit him to bring blessing into his home…’.

Appearing on the title page are his two stamps, black and light blue, ‘Moshe Aryeh Freund Domatz of Satmar’. Throughout the Sefer there are additonal stamps by him and a stamp from the time he lived in Jerusalem.

There is also a stamp of ‘David Harpenis … Kloizenburg’, author of Seforim and Ram in Klozash-Kloizenburg.

After the terrible destruction, he immigrated to Israel and settled in Jerusalem, teaching Torah at the Yitav Lev Yeshiva of Satmar in Jerusalem. After the passing of the Holy Rabbi author of Divrei Yoel, he was appointed Rosh Av Beis Din of the Edah HaChareidis. With the passing of the auhtor of the Minchas Yitzchak he was appointed Gaon Av Beis Din.
