The Prozbul document made by Maran the Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Halevi Wosner the author of ‘Sheves Halevi’ with some distinguished rabbis of the ‘Zichron Meir’ neighborhood. The year is not noted.
"I hereby state before you the honorable Rav Rabbi Yitzchak Yosef Weiss and Rabbi Shmuel Yitzchak Klein and the honorable Rav Avraham Eliezer Fleishman and the Dayanim sitting here in Bnei Berak, that any debt I have will be collected by me at any time I want. The speech of Shmuel Halevi Wosner [place of the applicant’s signature].
How many Diyukei Halachos can be learned from this Prozbul document made by Avi HaHora’ah of Beis Yisroel Maran the author of Sheves Halevi!
The document is a premade form which was filled-in in the Zichron Meir neighborhood of Bnei Berak. Yet, despite it being a separate neighborhood, it is not mentioned by name on the document. In additon, the date the document was signed is not noted and whether it was written on the eve of the Shmita year or at its end.
