2 pages, pure sayings by the holy Rav Rabbi Zvi Hirsch of Liska, handwritten by him, with many variations compared to the printed version. Pure Divrei Torah on Parashas Hachodesh from Arabah Parshiyos which were printed with many variations in his Sefer ‘Hayashar Vehatov’ leaf 60.
Large sheet, written on both its sides in dense script, 59 lines handwritten entirely by the Tzaddik, the holy awe-inspiring Rav Rabbi Zvi Hirsch of Liska, a miracle-worker, lover of Yisroel and the leading Rav of the renowned holy Rav Rabbi Yeshayale of Kerestir.
When the holy Tzaddik Rabbi Zvi Hirsch of Liska said his holy words, his appearance was holy and awesome "dressed in white, his face burning like glowing embers and torches, his appearance like a Divine angel, his eyes closed, his hands spread on the heads of Bnei Yisroel like a blessing Cohen".
The holy Gaon Rabbi Zvi Hirsch of Liska [1808-1874] One of the greatest Tzaddikim of Hungary, in his youth, he studied Torah with the holy Gaon the ‘Tiv Giittin’ and the holy Gaon Rabbi Avraham of Dembitz. Then he became a leading disciple of holy Rav the ‘Yismach Moshe’ of Ujhely (Sátoraljaújhely), and a disciple of the holy Rav Rabbi Yisroel of Ruzhin, the holy Rav Rabbi Meir of Premishlan, the holy Rav the Sar-Shalom of Belz, and the holy Rav the Divrei Chaim of Sanz.
He accepted the request of his Rav, the Yismach Moshe, to serve as Rav and Admor of Liska and thousands of Chassidim from all over Hungary used to come to him for blessings and advice. Authored the holy Sefroim of ‘Ach Pri Tevuah’ and ‘Hayashar Vehatov’, in which these sermons were printed with libual and textual variations.
His leading disciple the holy Gaon Rabbi Yeshayale Kerestir used to sign:
הק’ ישעי’ בן מו"ה משה ז"ל שהי’ משמש בקודש אצל הרב הצדיק מליסקא זי"ע, attributing his greatness and many virtues to his holy Rav.
