‘May the charity be accepted as Korban Olos and Ketores … wealth and honor Kol Tuv Selah’. Letter of receipt full of blessings of salvation and mercy, with the pure handwritten signature of the Holy Rav Rabbi Shimon Natan Note of Lelov, Jerusalem 1914.
‘Letter of receipt’ printed mostly in Yiddish, containing many blessings for salvation and health, by he Holy Rav Rabbi Shimon Natan Note of Lelov the son of Rabbi David Zvi Shlomo ‘Rabbi David’l" of Lelov, who worked miracles for the Jews. The letter was sent to donors and friends who had sent this exalted Tzaddik and Ohev Yisroel donations so that he will pray for them beside the Western Wall and the holy places in Jerusalem and Hebron.
The letter is hand-signed by the Rabbi Shimon Natan Note of Lelov, without the addressee’s name.
12X7 cm. Illustration of the holy places. His handwritten signature in strong and clear ink. Small tear to the wide margins. Very good condition.
The Holy Rabbi Shimon Natan Neta Biderman of Lelov [1869-1930] the son of the Holy Rabbi David’l of lelov. A lofty Tzaddik and miracle-worker. Divine Mekubal. Lived in Jerusalem yet travelled frequently to Poland to his Rav the Holy Rabbi Yisrael of Stolin-Kerlin. He lived in Krakow and worked miracles there. Was close to and admired by his Rav of Stolin and by the Tzaddikim of the generation especially the Gaon the Maharid of Belz.
