14; [1], 11 [i.e. 8] leaves, 23 cm. With the author’s stamps and handwritten signatures. With approbations signed by dozens of Gedolei Hador, including the Natziv and his son Rabbi Chaim Berlin Av Beis Din of Moscow, Rabbi Yosef Dober Soloveitchik Av Beis Din of Brisk and his son Rabbi Chaim and many more. This Sefer is based on the author’s previous Sefer "Pri Mordechai" (Jerusalem, 1885) with additions from his relatives’ innovations.
Rabbi Mordechai Avraham Abele Rosenthal – the son of the Gaon Rabbi Tuvia [Teveli] Rosenthal. A great Talmid Chacham of Shas and Poskim, Halacha and Aggada. Authored many Torah innovations, yet could not afford to print all of them. In the approbation to his Sefer, Gedolei Hador wrote of him that he was "… wondrously Yereh Shamayim and Toraso Omanuso". Planned to reprint the Sefer "Darkei Noam" by his great-grandfather Rabbi Shmuel Chassid.
No binding, moth holes, aging stains, fair-good condition.
