Letter by Maran the Admor of Kaliv to the Gaon Rabbi Moshe Yehuda Leib the Rav of Bnei Berak with his blessings for his appointment and facts by Tzaddikim regarding the virtue of city rabbis. 1986.
The letter was written by the Rebbe’s scribe, is signed with the Rebbe’s signature and in it the Rebbe writes about the importance of the continuation of the rabbinate of Bnei Berak by the Gaon Rabbi Moshe Landau, since these days, the Kashrus is one of the greatest foundations of maintaining the character of the holy people. The Rebbe of Kaliv mentions the specific request and order of the Gaon Rabbi Yaakov Landau before his passing that his eldest son succeed him as Rav.
