100, 109-110, 105-110 leaves, 22 cm. Leaves 101-104 are missing, leaves 109-110 appear twice. With a dedication handwritten and signed by the Shadar Rabbi Chaim Yitzchak Hacohen Trob, who gave the Sefer to Rabbi Chaim Dabush. With Rabbi Trob’s faded stamp.
Rabbi Yosef ben Rabbi David Al-Nakava – born in 1871, was appointed Rav and Moreh Tzeddek in Algiers. Author of Sefer Shome’ah Yosef. The brother-in-law of the Dayan, poet, author, the Mohel and the manager of the Etz Chaim Talmud Torah in Algiers, Rabbi Yitzchak Mareli.
Rabbi Chaim Yitzchak ben Rabbi David Hacohen Trob, born in Damascus, lived in Egypt and was a Shadar of the "Misgav LaDach" hospital in the Old City of Jerusalem. After World War I, moved to Jerusalem and joined the "Chevraya Kaddisha shel Hamechavnim" who studied Kabbalah at the "Rechovos HaNahar" yeshiva headed by Rabbi Chaim Shaul Hacohen Dweik, HaRav HaSadeh. Was a wonderful Darshan and the son-in-law of Rosh Av Beis Din of Beirut, Rabbi Yaakov Hacohen Trob of Salton. Published his in-law’s Sefer Shut She’eris Yaakov.
Rabbi Chaim Dabush (1860-1934), Rosh Yeshiva, one of the greatest sages of Tripoli, Libya, the son of the Kabbalsit the Dayan Rabbi Firja Dabush.
