* Psak Din for Heiter Agunah, by Rabbi Yitzchak Zvi Sofer Av beis Din of the Yere’im community of Temesvar Fabric. Handwritten and signed by him and with his stamps. Temesvar fabruc, [1945].
[6] pp. official stationery, 33 cm. Lengthy Psak Din containing Yiddish testimonies and a halachic discussion. Dozens of lines on the first five pages.
* Commitment of a husband to abide by the instructions of the special Beis Din for Agunos in Hungary if his first wife Mrs. Reisil Friedman returns. Dobrodzień, [1945].

* A form that was given to Reb Yitzchak Moskowitz with the testimony of his sister indicating that her sister-in-law Mrs. Golda Miriam Moskowitz (Rosenfeld) and her four small children were sent to the left during the selection in Auschwitz on the 8th of Tamuz 1944. Makovotch, 1946.

* Form for obtaining evidence (on the wife’s death) with evidence of the holy Rav Rabbi Yochanan Sofer of Erlau about a woman who was deported from Erlau to Auschwitz in 1944 and was not seen ever since. Pest, [1947].

Signed by the Witness Rabbi Yochanan Sofer and the Dayanim Rabbi Yaakov Segal Leibowitz (as Av Beis Din of Kopish and after the Holocaust Rosh Av Beis Din of Budapest, passed away in 1980), Rabbi Yisroel Weltz (Av Beis Din and Rosh Yeshivas Tinie and after the Holocaust, Av Beis Din and Rosh Yeshiva in Pest, 1886-1973) and Rabbi Zvi Hirsch Hacohen (Av Beis Din of Solorad and the vicinity, Av Beis Din of Drechka and after the Holocaust a member of Mo’etzes Gedolei HaTorah in Budapest and Rav of the East Flatbush synagogue in New Jersey. 1890-1971).
Fold marks, short tears, good condition.
