The holy copy of the holy Rav Rabbi Aharon of Chernobyl, a remnant of his library that was inherited by his Tzaddik son Rabbi Meshulam Zussia of Chernobyl. 

On the first page, a pencil notation ‘ה’ זוסיא בהרב’, a sign of the division of the inheritance between the sons of the holy Tzaddik rabbi Aharon of Chernobyl. The sons agreed to divide the Seforim between them, writing on each Sefer to whom it was given.

The holy Rav Rabbi Aharon of Chernobyl [1787-1872] the son of the holy Rav Rabbi Mordechai the Maggid of Chernobyl the son of the holy Rav Rabbi Menachem Nachum of Chernobyl the Me’or Enayim. Was educated by his grandfather the Me’or Enayim. Succeeded his father in Chernobyl and was revered by his Chassidim and by his brothers the Admorim. Served as the president of Eretz Yisroel in Ukraine and was involved in all the affairs of Kollel Vohlin. 

His succeeding son the holy Rav Rabbi Yeshaya Meshulam Zussia [1814-1881] the son-in-law of his uncle the holy Rav Rabbi Menachem Nachum of Makarov. By his second marriage, the son-in-law of the holy Rav Rabbi Pinchas of Slavuta and by his third marriage, the son-in-law of Rabbi Mordechai Ze’ev Rabinowitz, the grandson of Maran the Ba’al Shem Tov. His son-in-law was the holy Rav Maran the Maharid of Belz. Succeeded his father in leading the community of Chernobyl alongside his brother.

40 leaves. The title page and leaf of approbations is missing. 20 cm. Moth perforations and stains. Partly original binding, slightly blemished. Good condition.
