Lengthy Letter on halachic matter handwritten entirely by the holy Gaon Rabbi Shaul Moshe Zilberman and with his signature.
The subjects discussed in this important halachic letter include Hilchos tahara and Ishus, Hilchos Berachos and more. All written in depth and wonderous knowledge of the Vieroshover Rov.
The great Gaon Rabbi Shaul Moshe Zilberman (1850-1939), the "Viershover Rov", the leader of the Chassidim of Maran the Holy Rav the Imrei Emes of Gur in Eretz Yisroel. Studied at the yeshiva of Rabbi Sholom Zvi Hacohen in Zagirsh and at the yeshiva of the Holy Rav the Avnei Nezer and was a disciple of Rabbi Yehoshua of Kotna. A leading Chassid and confidante of the Sefas Emes and the Imrei Emes of Gur. Served as Rosh Yeshiva in Warta and as Rav and Rosh Yeshiva in Kozhminka and Viershov. During World War I, he was appointed Rosh Av Beis Din of Lodz. Immigrated to Eretz Yisroel from Poland in 1924. Was a member of the Tel Aviv Rabbinate and the leader of the Gur Chassidim in Eretz Yisroel. The in-law of of Rabbi Avraham Motl Alter who was the in-law of the Holy Maran the Admor the "Pnei Menachem" of Gur.
The addressee of the letter, Rabbi Shlomo Sobol, corresponded with great rabbis in Eretz Yisroel and Europe. Passed away in the 1970s.
[2] pp. writted on a single leaf. 21X14 cm. Handwritten and signed by him. Filing peforations with slight damage. Stains. Good-very good condition.
