Siddur Beis Yaakov by Rabbeinu Yaakov Emden – the Ya’avetz, the Vienna 1928 edition, with the rare handwritten signature of the holy Rav Rabbi Aharon of Boyan Chernowitz.
The important Siddur ‘Beis Yaakov’ by Rabbeinu the Gaon Chassid and Kabbalist Rabbi Yaakov Emden, with Kavanos HaAri and elucidations in Nigleh and Nistar as well as the elucidation ‘Yeri’os Shlomo’ by Rabbeinu Shlomo Kluger.
First section. Printed in Vienna, 1928 as a facsimile of the Lemberg 1904 edition which first published the ‘Yeri’os Shlomo’ elucidation.
Two title pages. On each of them, the stamp of ‘Aharon Friedman Chernowitz’ – the holy stamp of the holy Tzaddik Admor Rabbi Aharon of Boyan Chernowitz, [1890-1942] one of the princes of the Ruzhin kingdom, the son of Rabbi Menachem Nachum of Boyan Chernowitz. The son-in-law of the holy Rav Rabbi Chaim of Atinia. Refused to become the president of the community and continued his holy kingship with simplicity and modesty. President of Kollel Vohlin. Passed away of a disease during the Holocaust.
A handwritten correction appears on the Siddur.
472 leaves. Stains, old binding, loose front binding, a tear to the title pages, good general condition.
