The Kabbalist and wonder worker the ‘Saba Kaddisha’ Rabbi Shlomo Eliezer Alfandari (1826-1930). One of the prominent Kabbalists and Rabbis of Kushta (Constantinople) where he served as Chacham Bashi, Rav of Damascus, sand one of the sages and Kabbalists of Safed and Jerusalem. At the end of his life he was renowned as a wonder worker and many from the old Yishuv in Jerusalem came to him for blessings. Was sharp and firm in his opinions and was the mainstay of the zealots of Jerusalem.
The Holy Gaon Rabbi Yeshaya Asher Zelig Margolis (1894-1969), one of the leaders of the zealots of Jerusalem. he studied at the Toras Emes – Lubavitch yeshiva in Hebron and became a close disciple of the Tzaddikim of Jerusalem: the Holy Gaon Rabbi Avraham Simcha Horowitz of Baranov, the kabbalist the Holy Gaon Rabbi Chaim Shaul Hacohen Dweik and the Saba Kaddisha Rabbi Shlomo Eliezer Alfandari . Rabbi Yeshaya Asher Zelig was one of the greatest fighters against reform Judaism and the Zionists.
Wear to binding, some stains, gluing to the margins of the title page and the [2] last leaves. Good condition.
