Rabbi Shmuel Zanvil Goldfinger of Ostrovtza (Poland). Perished in the small ghetto of Ostrovtza. His father, the important Rav Rabbi Yaakov Menachem Mendel Goldfinger, was one of the dignitaries of the town and an important Ger Chassid, activist of public institutions, one of the founders of "Linas HaTzaddek" and the "Yessodei HaTorah" Cheuder, a member of Va’ad HaKehilah and the union of merchants, the secretary of "Agudas Yisroel".
The Gaon Rabbi David Yosef Weissbroit, Av Beis Din of Krashnik, was the son of the Divine Kabbalist the holy Rav Rabbi Yaakov Weissbroit Admor and Av Beis Din of Krashnik and Torbin, a descendant of the renowned Gaon Rabbi Zvi Hirsch Av Beis Din of Lokatch author of Sefer Chemdas Zvi. The son-in-law of the holy Rav Rabbi Alter Moshe David Halevi Epstein of Teshmilov.
