Rabbi Yehuda Yerucham Fishel Perlow (1846-1937) one of the greatest rabbis of his generation. His library was one of the largest in Poland. Was a disciple of the Natziv at the Volozhin Yeshiva and was exceedingly proficient in the Bavli and Yerushalmi, the Sages and the Seforim of the Rishonim. Studied Torah for forty years without holding a rabbinic position. Authored an elucidation on Sefer HaMitzvos by the Rasag (3 volumes, 1914-1917). After World War I, immigrated from Warsaw to Eretz Yisroel, where he authored the elucidation "Pirchei Zion" on Sefer Kaftor VaFerach (1986).

The printery of Yehuda Shlomo ben Naftali Hirtz Rappaport was famed for publishing, in 1788, the first edition of the holy Sefer the Noam Elimelech and the consensus is that among its workers were some of the 36 hidden Tzaddikim.

Renewed, worn binding, stains, moth holes, blemishes restored with paper to the two last leaves. Fair-good condition.
