Responsum by the Chayei Adam, Rabbi Avraham Danzig on matters of Basar VeChalav. Manuscript.
Handwritten responsum, which was printed in the Sefer of Rabbi Avraham Danzig "Binas Adam".
[2] pp. 34 cm. The manuscript contains more than [70] handwritten lines. The content of the responsum was printed in Binas Adam, the chapter of Issur VeHeiter, Siman 47. The responsum is referred to by Darkei Teshuvah, Yoreh Deah, Siman 92, 37 (yet there, he refers to Binas Adam, Sha’ar Issur Veheiter, Siman 65). Possibly, this is a manuscript by the author himself or a copying of his manuscript.
Rabbi Avraham Danzig (1748-1820) a disciple of the Nodah BiYehuda, a great Gaon, author of the Halachah Seforim Chayei Adam with Nishmas Adam and Chochmas Adam with Binas Adam and additional Seforim. Since 1810 was a Rav and Dayan in Vilna. His son married the granddaughter of the Gra.
Wear to the margins of the leaf, affecting the text, stains, fair-good condition.
