Set of Chamisha Chumshei Torah of the Holy Rav of Tosh, with a lengthy dedication handwritten by him and with his pure signature.

Complete, fine set, five large volumes of Chumash Heichal HaBeracha of Komorno, printed in Brookly, New York, as a facsimile of the Lemberg 1866-1874 edition and was donated to the private and personal room of the holy Rav of Tosh in Kiryas Tosh Canada.

After these Chamisha Chumshei Torah were used for a long time by the holy Rav of Tosh, who found the ‘Heichal HaBeracha’ elucidation by the holy Rav of Komorno most important, one of his close Chassidim came to him, asking to be given the set and bringing a new one to replace it.

At the beginning of the volume of Bereshis, the holy Rav of Tosh wrote that he had given the Sefer to his close Chassid: "These lines indicate that I have given as a complete gift these 5 Chumshei Torah by the holy Gaon of Komorno … to our important and dear friend Avraham Zvi ben Rachel … who now lives in Chicago and he immediately bought a new set of these Chumashim for our Beis Midrash … and may Hashem Yisborach fulfill all his heart’s wishes for the good … signed by Meshulam Feish… Lowey".

There is a limited number of glosses handwritten by him in Chumsh Bamidbar.

In all the volumes it is written and signed ‘לה"ו חדר של רבינו שליט"א’ and names of the volunteers are listed. On the flyleaf of the volume of Bereshis, two additional lines handwritten by the holy Rav of Tosh mentioning names.

Five volumes. The bindings are partly detached. Minor aging and water stains. Very good general condition.
