Wonderful letters by the Rashei Yeshiva of Telz and its founders in the USA the great Geonim Rabbi Baruch Sorotzkin and Rabbi Chaim Mordechi Katz. 

The letters indicate their deep concern and efforts for Torah and Yirah in the USA and their full support of Chareidi Jewry in the Holy Land. 

* Letter by the Gaon Rabbi Baruch Sorotzkin, supporting an activist in Eretz Yisroel who was recovering from a medical condition. 1968. 

* Response letter by Rabbi Menachem Porush, one of the leaders of Agudas Yisroel and one of the greatest activists in Eretz Yisroel.  

* Letter by the Gaon Rabbi Mordechai Katz. 1962. Announcing donations he had collected for the yeshivas of Eretz Yisroel. 

* Letter by the Gaon Rabbi Mordechai Katz. about the organization of the religious councils. Jerusalem, 1962.

* Letter for the acceptance of a Torah scholar to the Be’er Yaakov Yeshiva. 1968. Sent by the Gaon Rabbi Baruch Sorotzkin, Rosh Yeshiva of Telz, to the Gaon Rabbi Moshe Shmuel Shapiro the Rosh Yeshiva of Be’er Yaakov. A line handwritten by the Gaon Rabbi Moshe Shmuel Shapiro. 

* Letter by the Gaon Rabbi Chaim Mordechai Katz, the Rosh Yeshiva of Telz in the USA to an author of a Sefer, with blessings and support of the Sefer. 

The Gaon Rabbi Baruch Sorotzkin (1917-1979), one of the greatest Rashei Yeshiva in the USA and a member of Mo’etzes Gedolei HaTorah. The son of the Gaon Rabbi Zalman Sorotzkin Av Beis Din of Lutzk, author of the Oznayim LaTorah. In his youth, studied at the yeshivas of Lithuania with Gedolei Hador Rabbi Elchonon Wasserman and Rabbi Baruch Ber Leibowitz. After the Holocaust, had many students at the Telz Yeshiva of Cleveland, Ohio. 

The Gaon Rabbi Chaim Mordechai Katz (1894-1964) one of the leaders of Chareidi Jewry in the USA. In Lithuania served as the spiritual manager of the Telz Yeshiva and upon his arrival in the USA, founded the Telz Yeshiva in Cleveland, Ohio. He headed it alongside being a member of Mo’etzes Gedolei HaTorah. Was a disciple of the holy Gaon Rabbi Baruch Ber Leibowitz and the Maharil Bloch.
