Rare letter on charity matters signed by the great Gaon Rabbi Nochum Partzovitz, one of the Rashei Yeshiva of Mir and author of Chidushei Rabbi Nochum. Jerusalem, 1979. 

A letter sent with a request for a loan for an Avrech, an important and excelling student of the Mir Yeshiva who needed to purchase an apartment in the Ramos Polin neighborhood, which was then being built.
