Lengthy letter on Hilchos Tahara and more, has never been printed, by Rabbi Chaim Bezalel Panet of Tashnad to his brother the author of Ma’agalei Tzeddek of Deyzh. Teves, [1841]. 

Lengthy letter on Hilchos Tahara, family matters and additional subjects, handwritten and signed by the holy Gaon Rabbi Chaim Bezalel Panet, the Rav of Tashnad. The letter was sent to his beloved brother Rabbi Menachem Mendel Panet of Deyzh, author of Ma’agalei Tzeddek.

The holy Gaon Rabbi Chaim Bezalel Panet of Tashnad (1803-1874), the eldest son of the holy Gaon author of Mareh Yechezkel of Deyzh. A beloved disicple of Maran the Chasam Sofer who greatly appreciated him and even prepared some of his lessons with him as a Chevruta. For more than forty years served as the Rav of Tashnad. Authored many Seforim including Derech Yivchar Shut, Yam HaRachav, Otzar Chaim, Dibros Esh and more. 

The holy Gaon Rabbi Menachem Mendel Panet author of Ma’agalei Tzeddek of Deyzh (1818-1884) the son of he holy Gaon author of Mareh Yechezkel of Deyzh. A leading disciple of Maran the Chasam Sofer and a Chassid of the holy Gaon author of Yismach Moshe of Oihel. Authored the Ma’agalei Tzeddek Shut on the Shulchan Aruch. Succeeded his father as the Admor of Deyzh. Used to travel to the holy Gaon the Divrei Chaim of Sanz and the holy Rav Rabbi Avraham Yaakov of Sadigura. 

Fold marks, stains, tears and minor blemishes, fair-good condition.
