Letter with blessings for the New Year with the handwritten signature of the holy Rav the Imrei Chaim of Vizhnitz with an addition of blessings handwritten by the pious Rebbetzin.
The letter was sent in late 1964 to Antwerp, where the famed Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Eliyahu Sternbuch, the son-in-law of Maran the holy Rav the Makor Baruch of Seret Vizhnitz lived. Maran the Imrei Chaim writes to his brother’s son-in-law ‘… I will bless him and his family and offspring that may the New Year be good and sweet and pleasant, blessed and happy and may our prayers be accepted before the Master of the Universe …’/ The Imrei Chaim signs ‘his uncle who loves him with all his heart’ and adds ‘ונפש – חיים מאיר בהה"צ מהר"י זצללה"ה.’
On the letter is an addition handwritten by the pious Rebbetzin Mrs. Margaliya, the daughter of the holy Rav Rabbi Ze’ev of Rachmistrivka – blessings in Yiddish for salvation, good health and Naches.
