Four pages handwritten by the Jerusalemite Gaon Rabbi Nachum Shadiker.
"והשאלה היא אם נוקמי בעלה על חזקת חי וזה איש אחר והאחר לא נוקמי על חזקת חי"; innovations on Dinei Aginus, Rov and Chazaka, Sfeikos and Hafka’as Kiddushin handwritten by Rabbi Nachum Loewy of Shadik.

Rabbi Nachum Loewy (1810-1865) – Av Beis Din of Shadik who was called after it Rabbi Nachum Shadiker. Immigrated to Eretz Yisroel with his two brothers in 1843 and became one of the spiritual leaders of Jerusalem, the head of Kollel Poland of Jerusalem and author of Shut Avnei Kodesh and Sefer AvNei Kodesh on Bava Metzi’ah. In his youth, he was a disciple of the author of the Chemdas Skomo, Av Beis Din of Warsaw. Was a Gaon and Kabbalist. The father of the Jerusalemite Baharan family. Passed away in 1865 from Cholera.
The leaves were torn in their width and blemishes and have been professionally restored, affecting the text. Good condition, approx. a fifth of the text is blemished and missing.
