[2], 38, 41-90, [4] leaves, 21 cm. Leaves 39-40 are missing and two pages of these leaves were completed with a photocopy. On the title pages [2] handwritten signatures of Rabbi Shmuel Heller Av Beis Din of Safed and the handwritten signature of Chacham Avraham ben Rabbi Yitzchak of Meimran, one of the sages and Shadarim of Safed. On the introductory leaf, the handwritten signature of Rabbi Gedalya ben Rabbi David Klein of Safed, a Gaon in Nigleh and Nistar, one of the greatest Chassid of the Deyzh Admorim.
Rabbi Aharon Hacohen Prachya – Rav and Posek of Salonika, author of the Seforim Shut Parach Mateh Aharon, Pirchei Kehuna, Bigdei Kehuna and Zichron Devarim. The Rav of Rabbi Chaisdai author of Sefer Toras Chessed. Rabbeinu the Chida wrote of him in Shem HaGedolim: "And he was rich in Torah and gedulah and his appearance like that of Malach Hashem and his responses indicate the greatness of his Torah".
New binding, gluing to the first two leaves, [2] leaves are missing and were partly completed with a photocopy, stains, moth damage, fair condition.
