First edition, Frankfurt am Main, [1747]. On the title page and the flyleaf, many stamps of the holy Gaon of Sekelyhid Rabbi Yehuda Segal Rosner and stamps of the Dayanim Rabbi Moshe Klein Shuv of Satmar and Rabbi David Harpenes Domatz of Nassoid and Kloisenburg. 

Ancient rabbinic ownership signatures from the time of printing. 

The Holy Gaon Rabbi Yehuda Segal Rosner (1879-1944) one of the most important rabbis of Hungary in the generation before the terrible Holocaust. Served as Av Beis Din of Tshap and Sekelyhid (a position which he held for approx. thirty nine years). In Sekelyhid, he was also Rosh Yeshiva of the yeshiva that was one of the most important yeshivas in Hungary. Rabbi Yehuda was close to the Admorim of Satmar. He perished in Auschwitz on Yom Tov Rishon of Shavuos. Authored the compositions ‘Imrei Yehuda’ on the Torah, Shas and Shut.
