Semicha letter for a Shoches handwritten entirely by the renowned Gaon Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac Herzog the Chief Rabbi of Eretz Yisroel. Ramat Gan, 1942.
The Semicha was given to the Shoches and Bodek of Ramat Gan, Rabbi Elazar Lasman, and the Gaon Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac Herzog notes that he found the knives to be in excellent condition and that the Shoches excels at his art.
The entire Semicha was handwritten by Rabbi Herzog, who also added his handwritten signature and the title ‘Chief Rabbi of Eretz Yisroel’.
