[2] documents signed by the Grach Noeh: announcement of Badatz of HaEdah HaChareidis (Jerusalem, 1935) and a statement for exempting a girl from military service (Jerusalem, 1952). One of the documents is also signed by the Kabbalist Rav Rabbi Yaakov Yosef Monsa.

* "We hereby ask, by all means, to make an effort to release her so that she will not join the army"; letter by the Rosh Yeshiva of the Mekubalim Rabbi Yaakov Yosef Monsa and the Rav of the Bukharim neighborhood Rabbi Avraham Chaim Noeh, to the director of the center of Agudas Yisroel Rabbi Menachem Porush, with a statement that the girl is observant and should be exempted from military service. Handwritten letter. Signed by the two rabbis and with a stamp of the Grach Noeh. Jerusalem [1952].

Rabbi Avraham Chaim Noeh (1890-1954) – the Grach Noeh, Ba’al HaShi’urim, one of the greatest Poskim of the previous generation, an important Lubavitch Chassid and the author of many Seforim. Served as safra DeDayana of the Beis Din of HaEdah HaChareidis of Jerusalem and as Rav of the Bukharim neighborhood of Jerusalem.
Rabbi Yaakov Yosef Monsa (1880-1954) – Rosh Yeshiva of the Emes VeSholom yeshiva of Kabbalists of the Bukharim neighborhood of Jerusalem.
Fold marks, filing holes, aging stains on one of the letters, wear to the corner of the leaf and small tears affecting some letters. Good condition.
