Postcard letter by Rabbi Shmuel Binyomin Sofer the son of the important rabbinic Rabbi Yitzchak Leib Sofer the president of the Machzikei Hadas community of Galicia and the son of Maran the Kesav Sofer, which was sent to his friend and in-law Rabbi Yekutiel Freudiger, one of the leaders of the Budapest community. Drohobych, 1996.
There were several family ties between the families of Maran the Chasam Sofer and the Kesav Sofer and the Freudiger family and there a deep friendship formed between them. A significant part of the struggle of the Hungarian communities was done with the intercession and efforts of the Freudiger family.
In the letter, he takes interest in him and his family. He also refers to his father Rabbi Moshe Freudiger, the founder and president of the orthodox community of Budapest.
