Handwritten by the Admor of Shpikov-Rashkov Rabbi Moshe David Twersky – Vada Rashkov, 1934.
family letter sent by the Admor Rabbi Moshe David Twersky of Rashkov to his sister and her children. Vada Rashkov, 1934. The letter was handwritten entirely by him in Yiddish.
The Admor Rabbi Moshe David of Rashkov (perished in Tishrei 1942) the son of the Admor Rabbi Mordechai of Shpikov. A grandson of the Maggid of Chernobyl. Married the daughter of Rabbi Shlomo Zalman of Rashkov and served as the Admor of Rashkov in his father-in-law’s town.
27X20.5 cm. Minor fold marks. Good condition.
