[1], 228, [1] leaves, 30 cm. Incomplete copy: the following leaves are missing: 229-230, 232-502, 12 leaves. Many signatures on the title page, the leaf of approbations and the flyleaves, including of the rabbis: Yisroel Yaakov Segal Av Beis Din of Plonsk, Yechezkel Shapiro of Kalisch [?], Moshe Avraham Gershon ben Yitzchak Isaa, Sinai ben Rabbi Ze’ev of Bilgoray in Safed known as ‘Sinai Vorshavir’, Moshe Cohen [?] ben Rabbi Avraham Yisroel, Avigdor Segal and more. Owner’s stamps of Rabbi Menachem Mendel Halevi Volman of Vierishov. Throughout the Sefer there are dozens of corrections, additions and comments in Rabbinic script. According to the title page, the Sefer was published in 1691, whereas according to the colophon on the last leaf [which is missing from this copy] it was published in 1692.

Rabbi Yisroel Yaakov Segal [Volman] – a sharp Gaon, Av Beis Din of Plonsk who immigrated to Jerusalem and was a Dayan of the Beis Din of the Maharil Diskin. The son-in-law of the Gaon Rabbi Moshe Yehuda Zilberberg of Kotno and Jerusalem author of Zayis Ra’anan.

Menachem Mendel Halevi Volman – the son of Rabbi Yisroel Yaakov Av Beis Din of Plonsk. Immigrated to Jerusalem from Vierishov.
