Rabbi Tuvia Segal Levit, the son and disciple of Rabbi Meir Leib Av Beis Din of Horschitz, Bohemia for fifty years and the grandson of the Gaon Rabbi Moshe maggid Av Beis Din of the Nachod and Roisantz communities. Passed away in Polonne in 1823.
