With additions of an elucidation on Sefer Asis Rimonim (in parentheses) by Rabbi Mordechai ben Rabbi Yaakov Pshibrom of Prague. Moshe Diash Press, Amsterdam, [1708]. At the end of the book, a folding plate with "Tzuras HaIlan" (a sketch of the Sfiros).
