Rabbi Elazar ben Yosef Hacohen Shecheter (1865-ca. 1930). Shoches and Bodek in Botoshan (Botoșani, Romania), author of Sefer Kinas Sofrim (Lemberg, 1892), Yom LeShanah (Botoshan, 1902) and Yevakesh Nirdaf (Botoshan, 1929). 

Worn semi-leather binding, with the leaf of approbations, stains, moth perforations, blemishes and restoration to the title page – the text that was affected was completed by hand, fair-good condition.
