104 leaves. 24 cm. Handwritten signature and stamp of Rabbi Moshe Chaim Weiss of Kleinwardein. Some handwritten corrections and short glosses. 

Rabbi Moshe Chaim ben Rabbi Avraham Aharon Weiss, head of the Chassidic Kloiz of Kleinwardein, author of the Bris Moshe commentary on Sefer Mitzvos Gadol (Munkatch, 1905) whom the Admor of Munkatch author of Pischei Teshuva greatly praised. Rabbi Moshe Chaim refused to be appointed Rav of important and large communities so he could study and teach Torah. Left manuscripts with the Yedei Moshe commentary on the Rambam, Leshon Moshe, Pnei Moshe and Kaf Moshe on the Shulchan Aruch and Sefer Todlos Moshe on his pedigree. 

New binding, stains, blemishes to the margins of the title page not affecting the text, good condition.
