[3], 45; 68 leaves, 35 cm. The approbation leaf is missing from Aterest Paz on tractate Beitza. The missing leaf contains [5] approbations including one by Rabbi Akiva Eiger and by the Chasam Sofer. Owner’s signatures on the title page of Rimon Peretz on tractate Ketubos. With a stamp "ספריית הכהנים מיסודו של מוז"ק הרמ"ה זצ"ל".

Partly detached card binding. The title page is detached and blemished in its edges. The leaf of approbations is missing. Stains, moth holes, wear and blemishes to some leaves at the beginning of the Sefer and at its end affecting the text. Fair condition.
