The list of subscribers include Rabbi Akiva Eiger of Halberstadt, Rabbi Yaakov Moshe of Lisa author of Chavas Da’ad and Netivos Mishpas, rabbi Meir Weil of Berlin, Rabbi Avraham Taktin Av Beis Din of Gloga, Rabbi (Yaakov) Yehuda leb (Folk) Av Beis Din on Dhyrenfurth and more. Owner’s signature of Elezer ben Yosha Binyomin Bergman.

This Sefer was published eventually in Shas Vilna and was titled "Tosfos Sens". Some scholars have doubted its attribution to Rabbi Shimshon of Sens. See: A.A. Auerbach, Ba’alei HaTosafos, (Jerusalem, 1956) p. 511.

Rabbi Elezer ben Rabbi Yosef Binyomin Bergman (1796-1852) was born in Bavaria and immigrated to Eretz Yisroel in 1834. Passed away in Berlin during a Shlichus on behalf of the community of Jerusalem. Was laid to rest on the Mountain of Olives in 1970. His Torah innovations were published in Sefer Bahar Yera’eh (Jerusalem, 1975).

Renewed, worn binding, stains, good condition.
