[7], 1, 3-40, [26], 34 leaves, 35 cm. Mispagination. After the Cremona 1657-1658 edition. Leaves 41-42 are missing. Several owner’s signatures including signatures by Rabbi Yosef Zecharya Stern.

Rabbi Yosef Zecharya Stern (1831-1903) a sharp and knowledgeable Gaon, author of Sefrei Zecher Yehosef and many other Seforim: Shut, innovations on the Bavli and Yerushalmi Shas, commentary on the Passover Haggadah, on Chamesh Megilos and Aggados Chazal, innovations on the Rambam, on the Shulchan Aruch and more. The son-in-law of Rabbi Mordechai Gimpel Yaffe. For more than 40 years was the Rav of Shavaly (Lithuania). Was famed for his phenomenal memory and was known as the "HaRav HaZocher".

Semi-leather binding, moth damage, gluing mainly to the title page and last leaf, stains. a small hole as a result of a fire to one of the leaves, [2] missing leaves, fair-good condition.
