Sefer Ma’amar Kaddishin, on Choshen Mushpas, Kitzur Piskei Halachos by the Rishonim and Acharonim and Shut, with an addition of halachic innovations by Rabbi Kim Kaddish. Moshe Katz Press, Prague, [1764].
[2] leaves, [1] p. 1, 3-156 leaves, 35 cm. It is known that in some copies of this Sefer there are slight variations. In this copy there are two versions of an apology by the author. The first of them, which is short and rare, was hidden by a leaf that was mounted on it containing the longer and more familiar version. The Sefer was approbated by Gedolei Hador including Rabbi Yechezkel Landau, the Nodah BiYehuda, Rabbi Yonosn Eibeschutz and the rabbis of Prague, Brod, Lisa and Kretshin. Signatures of Rabbi Michael Osterlitz Halevi and a stamp with an illustration of the spreading of hands for Birkas Kohanim.
Rabbi Kim Kaddish ben Rabbi Kim Kaddish – a great Talmid Chacham of the Fila community who moved to Kretshin where he served as Dayan. Published his Sefer Ma’amar Kaddishin to assist his contemporaries who found it difficult to study joyfully due to troubles or lack of books.
