[1], 136 leaves, 25 cm. Two copies of the leaves with the list of subscribers were bound. Incomplete copy, leaves 137-165, [3] are missing. With approbations by the holy Rav Avraham Yaakov of Sadigura, the holy Rav Menachem Mendel of Vizhnitz and the holy Rav Yekutiel Yehuda Teitelbaum of Siget.

Worn binding, some tears and gluing, wear affecting the text to the lower part of the [4] last leaves of Sefer Megaleh Amukos II, fair-good condition.
